We smoke and process our own meats, make all of our own sauces, and strive to put the best of what we’ve got between two slices of bread. Whether for work or pleasure (or in our case both!), we can put together a large amount of delicious food to satisfy those cravings. If you already know what you want that’s great, but we would be more than happy to help figure out menu and quantities. Leave it to the professionals, we promise you’ll get well taken care of. Please try to give us at least 72 hours heads up for most orders, a week for large orders (over 30 people).
